Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using Mozhivio, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Mozhivio for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of audio, video, text, images, and other material you submit, and of your rights in the output. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every person, voice, recording, music track, and asset you submit. When you upload music, you confirm that you have the rights needed to synchronize it with, render it into, and distribute your video.

We do not claim ownership of your content. Our handling of content, providers, and retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Generated and assisted output

Transcriptions, captions, translations, timing, and other automated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. AI-generated music may not be unique, and rights in generated output can vary by law and provider terms. Review output before sharing or relying on it. Mozhivio is a creative tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

5. Plans, credits, tax, and renewal

Prices, included usage, and renewal periods are shown before checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected payment method, including applicable taxes. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to reasonable expiry terms disclosed when purchased. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains cancellations, failed processing, and refund requests.

Eligible partner purchases may include promotional bonus credits. Those bonus credits may be proportionally removed after a refund, up to the unused credit balance. If you participate as a partner, the Affiliate Program Terms also apply.

Optional audio tools show their credit price before you start them. Voice cleanup is billed by each provider minute or partial minute; each AI music generation has a fixed credit price. Reserved credits are returned when our processing fails. A completed result consumes the shown credits even if you later select another version.

6. Responsible use

You may not misuse the service, violate law or another person’s rights, bypass safeguards, or use Mozhivio for prohibited content or activity. The Acceptable Use Policy provides details and is part of these Terms.

7. Our service and third parties

The service depends on infrastructure, payment, storage, authentication, and media-processing providers. Features may change and occasional interruption may occur. We will use commercially reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party products are governed by their own terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Mozhivio at any time. We may limit or suspend access to prevent harm, investigate abuse, comply with law, address unpaid amounts, or enforce these Terms. We may terminate for a material breach after reasonable notice when circumstances permit. Data deletion and retention follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mozhivio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will post the new effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the change becomes effective means you accept it. Questions or formal notices may be sent to [email protected].
