Acceptable Use Policy

Use Mozhivio to express ideas responsibly. These rules protect creators, people whose voices or likenesses appear in content, and the service itself.

You must have permission

Upload only content you own or are authorized to use. Obtain informed permission before recording, cloning, editing, or publishing another person’s voice, image, likeness, or personal information. Follow local recording, privacy, intellectual-property, advertising, and election laws.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Mozhivio to:

  • exploit or sexualize minors, or facilitate child abuse;
  • impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, stalk, dox, extort, or non-consensually depict another person;
  • create unlawful hate, terrorist, violent-extremist, or instructions that meaningfully facilitate serious harm;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • distribute malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, or fraudulent financial or commercial schemes;
  • probe or disrupt the service, bypass authentication, rate limits, payment, safety measures, or usage restrictions, or access another user’s data;
  • scrape, resell, or automate access except through interfaces and permissions we expressly provide; or
  • violate applicable law or the terms of our service providers.

Enforcement

We may remove content or limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these rules were violated or action is needed to prevent harm or comply with law. We consider context, severity, history, and the possibility of appeal. Report abuse to [email protected].
