Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, email, and sign-in identifiers.
• Content you provide, including recordings, uploads, transcripts, scenes, edits, and rendered media.
• Billing records such as product, status, and transaction identifiers. Our payment provider handles full payment-card details; we do not store them.
• Affiliate records such as referral code, attribution, commission, payout email, payout status, and tax-verification status.
• Service data such as IP address, browser and device details, request times, security events, usage, failures, and performance measurements.
• Messages you send to support.

How we use information

We use information to provide transcription, editing, rendering, storage, billing, support, fraud prevention, security, reliability, legal compliance, and product improvement. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer audio, video, transcripts, or rendered media to train general-purpose AI models.

Service providers and disclosure

We share only what is needed with providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, object storage, databases, authentication, payment processing, email, monitoring, transcription, and media processing. They may process information in Canada, the United States, India, or other countries and are subject to contractual and legal safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent.

If you choose voice cleanup, the source audio is sent to Cleanvoice for noise removal and normalization. If you choose AI music, Google processes transcript-derived text, timing context, and your optional direction to create a music brief and instrumental audio. These optional transfers occur only when you start the corresponding tool.

Stripe and Link process checkout, tax, fraud, disputes, receipts, and order support where Managed Payments is enabled. Wise processes affiliate recipient and transfer details when we issue a payout. Affiliate partners receive aggregated commission status, not your payment details or private project content.

Referral attribution

Visiting a valid partner link stores a signed, first-party referral cookie for up to 30 days. It is used to apply eligible bonus credits, prevent self-referrals and fraud, and calculate the partner's commission. You can remove it from the referral reset page. Removing the cookie does not undo an attribution already fixed by a paid transaction or records we must retain for payouts, disputes, tax, fraud prevention, or law.

Retention and deletion

We keep content while needed to provide the service and for the retention period shown in the product. Anonymous drafts are generally deleted within 24 hours and registered-account project media within 30 days, subject to short safety windows for deletion processing, backups, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Billing, security, and audit records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary. Deletion requests are propagated to primary storage and scheduled backup/lifecycle systems.

Generated scores, enhanced voice tracks, and uploaded music remain with the project so you can switch between versions. They are removed when the project is deleted or reaches its applicable retention limit, subject to the same short deletion and backup windows.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also complain to your privacy regulator. Send a request from your account email to [email protected]. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, private object storage, time-limited download links, logging controls, dependency and image scanning, and operational review. No service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected vulnerability to [email protected].

Children and changes

Mozhivio is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy and will post an updated effective date and reasonable notice for material changes. Privacy questions may be sent to [email protected].
