Affiliate Program Terms

Eligibility and relationship

You must be at least 18, have an approved Mozhivio partner account, provide accurate payout and tax information, and act as an independent contractor. Participation does not create employment, agency, franchise, or authority to bind Mozhivio.

Attribution and rewards

A valid partner link stores first-party attribution for 30 days. The first attributed paid transaction fixes the partner relationship for 12 months. Lite and 30-minute purchases preserve attribution but do not earn commission or bonus credits. Qualifying purchases give the customer 10% extra credits and earn the published, versioned product amount at the partner's rate when the payment clears.

The standard rate is 40% of the published contribution pool. After five distinct qualifying customers clear the risk hold, future eligible payments use 50%. Rates are not applied retroactively. Taxes, discounts, refunds, payment reserves, delivery costs, and rounding are handled as shown in the affiliate dashboard.

Disclosures and acceptable promotion

Clearly disclose that you earn a commission next to every endorsement and use the same language as the promotion. Claims must reflect your honest experience and Mozhivio's current published features. Do not spam, impersonate Mozhivio, buy ads on Mozhivio brand terms, use misleading domains, promise income or results, cookie-stuff, generate fake traffic, offer unauthorized discounts, or refer yourself.

Holds, reversals, and payouts

Commissions have a 30-day risk hold. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, duplicate transactions, and policy violations reverse the related commission. Reversals after payout offset future earnings. Payouts are reviewed monthly from C$25, US$20, or ₹1,000 through Wise. Exact transfer and foreign-exchange fees are deducted and shown. Unsupported recipients remain unpaid until a supported method is available.

Taxes, suspension, and changes

You are responsible for invoices, taxes, registrations, and reporting applicable to your earnings. Mozhivio may require documents before payout and report commissions where required. We may suspend fraud, unsafe promotion, non-disclosure, or inaccurate information. Product economics and rates may change prospectively with reasonable notice; recorded commissions retain their original snapshot. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
